I left a few weeks ago saying i had too many goals - stop/cut dow nbinge drinking, stop smoking, lose weight, get exercising.
Well I have counted my units for last week(and I suspect week before) - 30 a week.
Also not surprisingly I haven't lost any weight - in fact I've put on weight and am the heaviest I've been in years. I have also been hungover at work in the week twice in the last 2 weeks.
Bizarrely people keep saying that I look slimmer - my jeans are mega tight so I've no idea what that's about.
I think this goal of moderation is so interwoven with my others that I need the support and advice here.
Anyway it's good to be back - I'm off to check out last few weeks posts.
My goal is abstinence in the week apart from 1 day when I can have 3 drinks max and moderation(4 drinks) per night max friday and saturday.
Will work on not smoking in January!
