:thanks: It is such a minefield out there trying to decide which supplements to get as they are not that cheap and the cost of postage is high. I managed to work out how to start a thread from scratch but am :upset: that I only had one reply so far. As I am just starting out I wanted to find the best way to do it

Sweetpea - hello. Don't worry about not getting too many replies yet...sometimes it's because of the time zones and lots of folk are asleep - you'll get to find out the 'busy' times! And even then, there may be so much going on that you get a bit lost...it's not you! Just post on it again asking for a reply if you've not got what you need...it's ok to do that!
