      With all this to deal with it's not surprising that you have had so little energy. Sometimes we are so overwhelmed with sadness/life events that we feel it is difficult to post. :l

      You may have not been posting but you have been in our thoughts. :l

              Thanks, you guys, for allowing me to return.

              Since I posted a few days ago, I've kept my wine consumption under a half bottle each day. It hasn't been easy, but feeling free to post again has led me to at least imagine being able to care enough about myself enough to not destroy my life with my drinking. It's your vicarious care, whether we've met online or not, that has helped me. Thanks so much.
