The last day of November, I can't believe it. Now the real Christmas countdown begins and the present buying. This year we decided no adults are getting gifts just the kids because there are a boatload of them. (Some of you are already into December aren't you)

Things have been relatively calm for me. I am still focusing on moderating and being DF.

Good morning Modsters,

I have about half my holiday shopping done. We celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas, the latter being my holiday. Fun, but lots more cooking throughout the year because the Jewish holidays revolve around food.

I am psyched for a DF December BB, great idea.

Tired today. Went to bed early after a big workout, then didn't sleep hardly at all. I felt like I feel when I have food with msg (buzzed) but didn't have any. I have no idea what is up but I need a nap. Hopefully between appointments I will get one!

Hubbie playing poker tonight and we are dog sitting 2 dogs so I have 4 to take care of -- yikes!!!

FRIDAY

It is Friday, I feel good about it, am going AF, will spend some quality time w/ sons and make up for yesterday, actually went home at 1PM, couldn't stop vomitting (TMA?!) but my boss is a doll and suggested I go home and get me some rest, went to bed at 3 and slept til 5AM!! Must of needed it, right!!??? Anyway, I am feeling good, even feel like starting decorating for Christmas unlike I did a week ago! That is a TRUE miracle..............

Friday November 30th

My Christmas decorations are up and tree is done. Christmas cards are done I just need to buy the stamps and send them off. What I have not done is buy any presents what-so-ever! I am going to order as much as I can online and save myself the agony of the mall.

I haven't done a thing. Nothing. Nada. I need to get my butt in gear! We won't decorate till much closer to Christmas-my hubby hates all the *froo-froo* decoration stuff, so it is way scaled back and doesn't stay up long. But I DO need to buy presents. I think I am in denial. The weather has been so nice, it can't possibly be this close to Christmas:H It's off to the malls I go....

Christmas cards are done? WTF??? Wow, some of you are too organized. Almost all of our decorations are up, this weekend I will finish my Christmas village and Santa collection display. Amethyst, my husband is the exact opposite of yours. He would leave it up year round if he could. We have so many decorations it is nuts. Christmas tree will be next weekend.

If anyone is looking for a great new Christmas CD Josh Groban's is fantastic. Have a great weekend all!!!

I am in denial as well about Christmas. hopefully it will pass. I saw a beautiful giant Christmas tree at union square.
they are also putting all the lights up in the park. looks very pretty.
it's beginning to get cold but I don't mind it as long as the sun is shining.
our office holiday party is at the Tribeca Grill (Robert De Niro's restaurant) they say he hangs out there often.
no scotch and wine for me this year.

Mornin' Modsters. Finally woke up without a headache..Yeah!
Still feel kinda tired & spacey from 3 days of pain...but much better today.

My Christmas shopping so far is just in my head... might get some of it started today. My nephew who has been home on leave from the Army, goes back tomorrow, so I'd like to send something with him.
