Morning Modsters,

Last night I spent some time working on centering myself. As we go through our journey we will be assailed with all kinds of stressors both good and bad. Just a reminder to take time each day to take stock of what you're happy with and what you want to change. Embrace all of you and work on slight improvements daily, eventually you will hit your stride. We all have to crawl before we can run!!
