Where were we all yesterday?
I have been noticing an old pattern. When I drink wine I seem to be able to hold to mods if I set my goals ahead of time. Not always but most of the time. If I have a liquor drink it is much harder, I guess because they hit so fast. I just love a martini but I am going to have to make them smaller, eat more, etc. if I want to have one.
Coming up on another couple of days w/o hubbie (mon&tues) so have to be ready. Last week i was able to stop at 2 glasses each night which is good for me.
It's grey and rainy here today. Maybe a good day to make chili?
