We are off to see Highschool Musical on Ice tonight with the kids and family. Should be fun.

I limited my drinking down to 2 hot tottees last night.

I have been fighting a cold that won't go away and so now everyday I am having apple cider vinegar and water. Figure that perhaps my cold won't go away because my PH balance must be messed up.

Anyways, I am really glad this moderation thing is working! My husband is with me on giving moderation another go so I don't have to sneak around. This is great because I always drink too much when I have to sneak around.

My plan for this coming week is to be AF Sun, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and to moderate on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. To measure my drinks so that all are standard drinks and to wait untill dinner or after dinner to drink.

I am so happy that this is working so far!

Went with my mastermind group to see Menopause the Musical this week. We did not stop laughing. Great music and totally entertaining. If it comes to your city and you are over 45 you MUST go see it. I PROMISE you will giggle all the way home!!

Have now worked 2 1/2 weeks straight. Whew! January for gyms and design firms, too crazy always! Pulled a couple of 15 and 18 hour days. Deadlines were met but geez! Getting about a half day off today been in there, making some homemade pumpkin soup and wonton soup as my youngest had his wisdom teeth out this week. His girlfriend is watching over him, she is so sweet, but he is doing the chipmunk thing. He loves his momma's wonton soup. My dad couldn't get enough of the pumpkin soup the last time I made it.

Some not so great stuff happening, both of my parents are ill. My baby sister got biopsy results yesterday and it is cancer. I am being made her guardian so I was online last night going through, the oncologist her other doctors, her insurance, medicare etc. She is freaking quite a bit and I want to find some time to spend with her tomorrow. I will handle the doctors with her so the right questions are asked. Both of my parents and now both of my sisters have had cancer. Not great. When you guys say your prayers would love to have Annette included.
