Been a year since I quit smoking but have been feeling "edgy" the last couple weeks. The other day I picked up some of that gum. I decided better than drinking and better than starting back smoking. Really weird but it did take some of the edginess away. Maybe they have something that works on smoking the way L-glut and kudzu work on drinking.
Off to see my sister, parents and chipmunk son. Dropping soup off along the way. What a fun day to get to see everyone.
