    Modsters Sat - Jan 26th

    Good morning all,

    Well after AF three of last four nights went over a bit last night but not bad and no HO. This is my challenge these days, sticking to a strict limit after a few good days. I am definitely having less, even when I go over a bit, but I want to get to the point that I can stop where I planned to.

    How did everyone else do?

    Pulled a spinach lasagna out of the freezer for tonight. I made an extra last time I made it so it's all set to bake. Making sausage to go with it. Made homemade ginger snaps for my neighbor yesterday and have a few hidden ones to snack on.

    Great that you don't have a HO!

    I studied for a while last night and then started cleaning cupboards in my kitchen. I plan do do more of the same today.

    I had one glass of wine last night. That is pretty amazing in itself, but I've had an open bottle of wine in my fridge since last Saturday! I really don't think that has ever happened before!

    Spinach lasagna sounds good. We were just talking about making lasagna one of these days, probably next week.

      I am cleaning too Marcie. I try to do a deep clean every quarter -- woodwork, windows, fans, etc. The kitchen is a bear. It takes me a couple of weeks doing a little each day.

      No, no HO. I actually had just an extra ounce or two of martini but we make big martinis (6oz), so that is totally unnecessary. I do better with wine because a glass or two lasts longer. Even though the tinis are high alcohol, I find myself drinking them as if they were wine. What's up with that?

      Off to clean.
