Well after AF three of last four nights went over a bit last night but not bad and no HO. This is my challenge these days, sticking to a strict limit after a few good days. I am definitely having less, even when I go over a bit, but I want to get to the point that I can stop where I planned to.
How did everyone else do?
Pulled a spinach lasagna out of the freezer for tonight. I made an extra last time I made it so it's all set to bake. Making sausage to go with it. Made homemade ginger snaps for my neighbor yesterday and have a few hidden ones to snack on.
