Fell out of the habit of posting and then fell out of the habit of moderating......

the little whisperings that tell me I'm drinking too much are getting louder so thought I'd better check back in again!

Well as you all know, I've been moderating nicely, but I realise that my idea of mods is still actually unhealthy so I've just ordered all of the supps and am really going for it. My plan is AF mon to thurs the moderating (properly) at the weekend. Along with healthy eating and exercise which will hopefully result in weight loss .........
