hi all fellow moddies!! i had an af day yesterday and gonna go for af today too, its a beatuiful day here cold but sunny, and gonna get out on my bike later to get happy.
i dunno bou tu lot but i find i can do mon and tues af ok but by wed ( i hate wed for some reason ) i buckle and say " sod it"
but im gonna give it a go this week and see how i go.
should find out today if my eldest girl has got into the girls grammar school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i hope so much she does cos she has workes so hard for it, i will let u know how it goes!!

Good morning Lakota and Betty, AF last night and going for tonight. I have been working on this AF during the week and mod on the weekends. Have not been doing 100%. Tues have been my day to slip, my husband and I have been going out to dinner on that night to break up the week. Too much temptation there so I proposed we stay home on Tues for awhile till I get this mods thing down. Also really would like to lose the lbs I gained with my increased drinking over the past years. Looks like a change in habits is in order. Old habits die hard, Al needs to die now !

I'll be AF tonight as well, have to watch the returns on primaries, and I do a lot better sober! (Plus we are still putting the house back together.

hi my friends . I am AF 2 days, and feeling wonderful.

BB that is great that you are starting the supps. I plan on doing the same once I finsih the bottle of solgar vitamins that I have been taking.
I would like to try them.
It is a really cool and rainy day today in NYC, to me it's nice. It's quiet at work since I have caught up with work and the tension and stress I experienced after over doing it last week is over.

dummy me is wasted 4 or 5 nights a week. the shakes are so bad. can't stop, i think i can and then do it again. fell down my steps again like so many times, will i learn, seems like no hope, i cannot sotp.
