Getting and feeling better. Cut way back and am even the designated driver at times! I find the drinktracker makes me accountable, even if I have days when i don't do as well as I'd like. Thanks for the support everybody!

Checking In

Wrote a post on Friday night that got lost.

I had a bit of a hard week both here at MWO and due to some of my own triggers (friend's Mom died, counselor's visit stirred up stuff). Thurs nite was first time I'd had a drink in 2.5 mo because of being upset, rather than than for enjoyment. And that is a worry for me as one of my behaviour changes has been to keep "The big feelings" and alcohol in two seperate places. The good news is I get it, and I can and will do better . . . but a sign that I need to work on this. I tried to go into to chat to deal with some of the upsetness, but it was crowded.

I think I've realized the real issue is I don't have real confidants I feel I can PM here at MWO, so I'd like to get to know some folks better. Anyway hope there is more chatter here soon!
