    I love all the tips here. I am trying to remind my self of the calories consumed. I am now listening to Blue Water 88 with subliminal messages. The music and videos are so awesome. I always get up in the middles of the night to have a bowl of cereal. Well last night I ate 2 spoonfulls and all of a sudden it tasted like soap so threw it away.

      Here's what I'm doing at the moment- seems to work well for me for moderating when I'm out. They are mostly tips I've picked up from others on the board, but together they make a nice little checklist-

      . Take L Glut before leaving the house
      . Eat a decent sized meal (not just a salad!)
      . Decide on your max number of glasses
      . If I'm going out with a friend or partner, agree on a time to leave and go home. (i find if the night goes on too long it's easier to give in and have more drinks than you planned)
      . Drink water/soda water with/between drinks.
      . Be conscious of sipping your drink.
      . Put your glass down (and leave it while you socialize if you're in a safe environment)
      . Dance
