Thought I would start a thread to check in and see how everyone is, and provide a little support for those coming up with a weekend that might provide some challenges.
I have been off the boards a bit this week: my daughter was away for a week with her Dad so I was solo - mostly lovin' it, taking care of me. Had the "biggest loser" weigh in Wednesday and had lost 8.5 lbs which was good for me. Our team is in competition for 1st place but won't know the results until the award ceremony next week. Felt all caught up in weight loss this week though, as proud as my first AF days . . . all a high. Also felt proud to be handling AF & mods with ease without spending much time on MWO . . . baby steps.
So hope you are all doing well. I know some are having some tough mods times on the weekends so let's talk about that? What are your goals for the weekend? What challenges do you expect. Do you need any support, or strategy ideas? I loved Sad's summary list, which included "Dance" - did you see that?
Although I've had 3 mods nights already this week, I'm going to allow myself one additional mods night this weekend if a social opportunity presents itself - since this week was about being more social and this weekend might be too, I will make this exception.
I still think the tapes are very important to my mental peace of mind.
