Sunday .....Anyone out there?

I'm here Betty - just about to go and cook sausages for a balti......!!!! Yup, Madhur Jaffrey's recipe (onyl I use a sauce bottle and don't do the all-day-marinading version like wot I used to!) which uses cooked chopped sausages, chunks of courgette and served up in half toasted pitta breads! It is yum!
