    CRUISESHIP CHRONICLE

    The MODS May Cruiseship set sail right on time on May 1st 2008. The waters were clear and calm.

    Today's special event is:

    Waves splash event in the pool.

    Diving off the high board is allowed but no dive-bombing!

    Entrance is free unless you were not DF last night in which case a dunking is in order.

    Attendance will earn you a free pass at the captain's table tonight.

    I'm IN ... (no dunking required) DF last night so I'm dressed up and ready for the Captain's Table.

      Do I have to wear a gown to dinner? Mine are all too tight!

      Well I was DF even though I had a little more than planned, because I ate a nice big dinner and didn't drink on an empty stomach. So I think I can get on the high dive...

      Tawny, my butt does look big. But that's a whole nuther issue, which I am working on!

                  Hope I'm not too late to sign in for dinner at the Captains Table. Was AF last night, and definitely Mods tonight. Need some exercise tomorrow. Anyone want to join me on the Lido deck at 10 for a work out? I'm thinking elliptical and then maybe a 1/4 mile in the lap pool. See you all at breakfast.

                        I did a repeat of Friday. Because I ate dinner before having much AL I went over my mods goal but did not get drunk. I was feeling a very strange sense of anxiety yesterday and still am today. I am starting to think it has to do with hormone levels. Also, hubbie has been away for a week and I am bored. He comes back tonight.

                        I got more exercise in this past week and plan to ramp it up next week. And I feel ready to focus on my eating as well. I know what works for me - limit portions, lots of fruits/veggies (which I always do), cut way down on processed crap - now I just need to do it.

                        I plan to go for a run today. Wanted to hit the gym but I have a communion to attend and the gym closes at 1 pm. Tomorrow for that.

                          I survived my weekend which was a wedding with multiple parties. Tomorrow healthy eating and exercise. Time to get the fanny in gear!
                          Sometimes I wonder...."Why is that frisbee getting bigger?"...and then it hits me.

                              moderated well on fri and sat.

                              sun. worked outside in my gardens only drinking water. Up early and breathing the morning air..............delicious...........
