    Hi all,

    Hope you are achieving your May Moderation goals. The Cruiseship seems to be quiet. Everyone is having a siesta I suppose. Either that or it has put into port somewhere.

    Thanks for getting us going Waves........

    Statring the week off on a positive note; confident and smiling. Organizing the week and its days is a great distraction from scheduling a few beers on the weekend.

    I hope all the Mods have a great Monday. This is going to be a special week...............

      I was doing great until Sunday. Had 1 beer on Friday night. Yesterday, I guess it was just my usual kind of day to drink beer, the Mothers day celebration, the family, the social gathering in the evening.....Had probably 2-3 more than I should have and paying for it today. Going for a string of af days for a week or 2.
