Off to Brela in Croatia tomorrow, plan to hire a car do a lot of site seeing and snorkelling (my hubby likes doing this). I will of course be modding, just because my blood tests have come back OK is no excuse to binge on Karlovachko piva! If I see an internet cafe whilst away I'll post, otherwise - see you when I get back!

Have a great trip
Enjoy all your travels and keep in the moment noticing all the sights smells and textures. Use all your modding strategies, sip your drinks, drink lots of water, eat, exercise etc. If you have a rough day go AF for a day or so to get back on track and start modding again. Vacations can throw you a curve since you're so out of your routine, sometimes you're "in the moment' without having thought about it. So think about it afterward, gently, lightly, learn from it, and then let it go. HAVE A GREAT TIME! and let us know all about it when you return!
