ok my turn,and this is to help,all who are modding, or those who have stopped,my opinion,stop calculating,have a coffee or 2 in the morning no more,,bowl of cereal or somthin healthy,FOODS ,DIET, IS ESSENTIAL,not to much,,have some kind of rotiine,haah have sex,its good for you,not tht id no tht,hahahha,by the way been married 32 years today, to the same LADY,and she aint IRISH,o well,next best thing she s Dutch,hahahha Ii cant say its easy,but ive found staying focussed,if not any else,JUST a lLITTLE,you ll even find your freinds will NOTICE ,a different YOU,GYCOTags: None

Happy Anniversay Gyco!
I've always been big on the healthy diet, too. But find it so much easier to eat healthy when I'm not drinking heavily as in the past. I think my body was in a chronic state of dehydration, so anything with lots of salt was always appealing. Lighter breakfast foods like cereal and yogurt are so much more appealing when not fighting a hangover! So, I'm with you - eat healthy, drink little, sleep with spouse (priceless!!!). You should be very proud of 32 wonderful years. Lucky Mrs. Gyco.

You are so right about the diet, I have started to eat breakfast, which is a first for me but I just can't let go of my coffee (sigh) I even tried green tea yesterday UGHHH!! I must try harder!"The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it"

Congrats Gyco on the 32 years, I'll have been married 10 years end of Oct. I always drink my milk thistle tea in the morning especially if I've had a drink the night before, and try and make sure I eat a good cereal (not coco pops, LOL!) rich in thiamine.Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He's the one who will keep you on track.
