I will not drink today because my best friend pleaded with me to stop. I didn't even realise anybody had noticed I've a problem.

Because, as planned, I drank yesterday...

I will not drink today because it is not a special enough occasion.
I've been nurturing some new and healthier habits this year.
On Drink Tracker I have designated Tuesdays as a day to have a drink or two.(Twos-Day!

)
It's a day my wife and I go out to our roadside tavern, have a drink and a sandwich, and I fumble around with beginning "Swing Dancing".

I'm in the process of "normalizing" my alcohol intake,
changing into an "Occasional Drinker" type of Modder.

I don't foresee today being any kind of day
that would be made better by alcohol
or that would need to celebrated by having a drink.
I want the new plan to work.
I want to develope a new pattern of drinking.
I will not drink today
