    I will not drink today because I drank (in moderation) yesterday and the day before:sigh:
    Today will be AF and if I write it here, I'm committing myself.

      I will not drink today because I have a doctor's appointment. I will not drink today because I am having blood work done soon.
      There's always tomorrow.

            CML, me neither. Drinking is not an option during the week, and I also don't want to drink every weekend, not even if it is just a glass or two. This will be an AF weekend, as will the rest of the month of July.
            My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
