    ...because it is Sunday afternoon, and I have lots of things to get done. I drank many Sunday afternoons, what a waste...
    My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                  I will not drink because:

                  I am 3 weeks AF today!
                  I am teaching my daughter to drive and that really would go better sober!
                  I am teaching my daughter to play tennis......again, better sober!
                  I love my job and want to be clear headed everyday.
                  I do not drink anymore!

                          I will not drink today because I like having a clear head and being focused. Also I am on a mountain for the next 30 days!!

                                I will not drink tonight because I'm on day 12 of 30 days AF. I hate giving up.

                                I will not drink tonight because I'm pms'ing and it will only make it worse.

                                I will not drink tonight because I hate morning bloat.
