This is definitely an AF day for me. I've been doing really well modding, but want to stay with having multiple AF days per week.

Had an AF night last night and enjoyed it thoroughlly. Wasn't craving a drink, enjoyed my dinner and tea. Very relaxing. Tonight will also be AF for me. I really enjoy being AF as much as I enjoy a few drinks. Loving having control to do this.

I will not drink today because I don't drink during the week. I need all my energy and a good nights sleep! Also, I don't eat rich desserts every night -- why would I drink AL every night? It's for special occasions just like dessert!

I will not drink today because it's Wednesday, I don't have a reason to drink, and I don't feel like having a drink. I've got a lot to keep me busy over the next few days so I doubt I'll even think about having a drink before Saturday.

Feeling great after an AF night - why not do it again.........nothing special planned and making sure I don't get into an every night routine!!

I will not drink today as I am starting to look fresher in my face unlike two weeks ago when I felt like a boozed up old hag who felt yellow in the face, can you FEEL yellow or did I just make that up
