I will not drink today because it's day three AF and my depression has lifted after drinking some wine over the weekend. I'm realizing yet again how vulnerable my moods are to the depressant effects of alcohol. I'm so much happier when I'm free of it!

I Will not drink today because I am coming off a drinking weekend with friends. Man the 2nd day is always so difficult. I had lots of fun, nothing crazy happened, didnt drink that much just 3 days in a row. But man the three days after is always tough for me especially with all that is going on in my life.
