    Flossie - for me there is a kind of bloat that comes from too much al (stomach and face) even if I don't drink very much!

        :H:H You are too funny! I have noticed after my period of AF it doesn't take much AT ALL to affect the way I look/feel. Another reason I want to limit my drinking to once a week or maybe twice on occasion -- no more.

              Well, it's the weekend and this could be an al night for me. Will decide later....But, I feel so wonderful AF that I'm not sure I'll compromise it...........It's great to feel I can go either way - that's power - that's freedom!!

                  So far have been choosing not to drink and feel excellent. No plans for tonight, so won't drink unless we go out to dinner. AF is hard to beat.

                            I will not drink today because this feeling of being in control again is too good to miss out on.
                            My better half still has man flu but I shall tend to his every need until Valentines Day as I want the BIGGEST box of chocholates EVER !!!!!!

                                No drinking today. I drank twice this week-not to excess but it's made me especially tired feeling.
                                Looking forward to a good sleep and fresh start to the week.
