None for me today. I feel super after an AF night's sleep. I agree RC that Al makes us tired. I really like the way I feel after no alcohol. Cannot say enough good things about it! Having the choice is such a feeling of freedom and relief.

Yep KG--I ended up only getting 3 hours sleep due to a deadline but I wouldn't have coped as well if I'd had a bottle of wine. Have a nice dinner Fancy. Nice to meet up with you here.

Aahh well that's the only thing that makes sense in working those kinds of hours! Hope if he's a bad guy that your efforts result in justice!! Don't you just hate contention? Life is too short. I've only been involved in one lawsuit and don't care to ever go through that again. Good luck.

I will not drink today because I feel so fantastic when I don't drink. I still want the option of the occasional wine with dinner kind of thing. But, I will never get back into that daily rut. My life is predominately alcohol free and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Sleep is out of this world - deep and restful. I wake up feeling happy and optimistic about life!

No drinking today. I feel rested and focused. Definitely want many days of this kind of feeling.

I will not drink today because I want to go to body pump class tonight and then fall in to bed and have a nice deep sleep and wake up for work tomorrow feeling fresh.... Plus it's day 30 today and I want many more AF months to come x
