I'm going to edit my sig line soon to include it again Eve. The reminder does help to reduce the internal pressures to do it all at once...which is overwhelming...which most likely leads to hopelessness and failure.

Missed quoting you there FreeFly...I like sober me alot too. I was one freaking mess when I first landed on MWO. Like many of us I guess.

I will not drink today because I do not need or want to....and I don't care to go back to the hell I came from...if I see the habit which leads to compulsion sneaking back in...I put full stop on...which is essentially why I am back. I do miss helping others and the joy of connecting with others here too.:h

Can you change your schedule up for today? Take the long way home? Visit a friend? Check the tool box for ideas and keep that REFUSAL foremost in your mind.

No chance of a schedule change as I have nothing scheduled lol.........but I'll make it; I'm gonna check in here on and off and just keep busy.

I used drink tracker alot in the beginning. I then began using my own pocket calendar to keep track so I could note trouble spots for reference.

I did fine...............colorwashed one frame and crackled another, cleaned the kitchen and took a nap. The turtle brownies helped too lol.
