      Because I can remember everything I've done and said for more than a week now and it feels good! I want it to stay that way.

            Ack! Where'd the November drink tracker go???????????????? The archives only go to 2010???????? I can't see my zeros and don't know what day I'm on .


            Anyway..........I will not drink today because I'm actually starting to feel a little proud of myself and in control of my life; it's nice to have a clear head. Also, I sure don't miss the "Oh god, what did i SAY last night???" thing.

              I'm in another day too.

              Not sure about drink tracker, I remember some similar complaints in the past. Maybe that's why I went to a pocket calendar.

                  Hi RC! Thanks for checking in . I hope things are going well for you.

                  I'm doing fine. Didn't post yesterday as had a long day (for me lol) at work. But I did pop in my 0 count on drinktracker; I find that that really helps me. I think I AM gonna have to get some L-glut though, or I'm gonna turn into one big heiffer!


                  I will not drink today because it doesn't solve anything; it only makes things worse!

                    I won't drink today because it took me months and months to get this far. Today is day 11 for me. Besides, I'm so happy these days. Why would I jeopardize that?
