    When you go to pick up a drink- think it through to the end - the first one , the next one : because ONE is never enough and on & on till next day .... the shitty feeling.

          Because I LOVE MYSELF. I am AWESOME. and I want to feel this way about myself tomorrow.
          No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.

                        Freedom. I love my freedom to drive when I want. I wake up and smile, to have fun nonal drinks instead. To not worry about what I did or said because I remember. It might not always be good but I sure as hell remember what I did so I can either defend it or apoligize as I feel necessary.
                        No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.

                          I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

                          Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

                            Because my daughter says I am beautiful because I don't. I will do anything to be beautiful in her eyes, no how much pain I have to endure.

                              Because:

                              I drank moderately yesterday, so should be AF today.
                              It's Monday, so why drink?
                              Nothing went wrong and there's nothing to celebrate.
                              I need to pack for a business trip.
                              I'll sleep better.
                              I'll feel good about not drinking.
                              AND - I'll keep losing weight!
