I will not drink today because I'm putting in an AF stretch until we go away for April vacation. I drank a little too much on Sunday and it took two days for me to start to feel my mood lift again.

Although my Nana is starting up with her RV group this weekend; and this will be the first weekend to myself since September - I WILL NOT DRINK TONIGHT!

I have been having those obsessing thoughts - time to let your hair down and just fuck it all... you know.

BUT......... it is not an excuse to drink. I have to keep reminding myself of that. I pray to God almighty that I have the strength to get through tonight!
