I was just wondering how others got through their first AF. I am optimistic than I can the the thirty, and the first, but some tips would be most appreciated.

To be honest, I had to get really sick.Then after days of not being able to keep food down the cravings were less.My fist attempt was when I was 23...I am now 56.I hope that doesn.t sound too discouraging cause I had over 17 years in a row AF.
