I am in!!!
Ok, here goes my rules for the month of August:
At least 4 AF days /week (like tonight!)
Only 3-4 when I do drink (that is the hard part, but I'll try! )
Exercise 5 days/week...weights 3, aerobics 3, pilates 1..that is aiming high!
Drink at least 8 8 oz glasses of water/day
lose 5 lbs
Be kind to myself(the HARDEST part)
be kind to my family members (the other hard part)
It is good to have time to touch base, I hope you all are doing well, :l
Don't have capabilities to check in during the days any more til I get a new computer, so I miss that, but maybe soon!!welcome the new names(don't remember , please forgive!)
