          Behavior change stages:
          STEP
1)Pre recognition--the problems I am facing has nothing to do with me and has to do w/ everyone else or my situations causing my problems.
2)Recognition--okay, so I have some say in my problems.
3)Clarity--when I see the true outcomes of my issues as well as the who, what, why and when of them.
4)Hope--okay, I can do this. I think. Other's have made it, I can, too. I THINK I CAN!
5)Decision--I am to the point that I am ready to make a change and make it different for me. I want this, I need this, I can do this! I make a plan.
6)Action--I begin to take action and start to follow through with my plan.
7)Maintenance--working it! On a daily basis, taking action to follow and support my plan.

Where are you, my friend? I think I am between the decision and action stage. I wish it were a faster process, but feel like I am getting there. Thank you, MWO.
