The bus jerked about and abruptly came to a halt,
The muffins all looked stunned and dazed by the motion.
"What the heck was that?" they said looking for fault,
Not a single one had the least little notion.

Pedro jumped up and said "You lazy muffins have been sleeping!
And into your mind silly stories have been creeping!"
And the muffins looked around and knew he was right.
They realized they had slept clear through 5 nights!

And while they had napped, well, what were their minds doing?
Dreaming of course - they just had a "dream" ala Pam Ewing!!

Happy and peaceful and together again
The Muffins set out on a road selected by Jen.

Jen, still groggy from the nap
rose up from her slumber and looked at the map

She said we're miles from where we should be, holy crap!

Please tell me how we could have slept all five days
We are headed for a desert filled with purple haze

With a snap of her fingers and a tap of her feet
Jen started to think of what would be a treat.
"Ive got it" she cried, as she grabbed Pedro's 'node"
"Let's go for a trip down the yellow brick road"!

The muffins descended toward Oz with a screech
and the muffins prepared for adventure - not the beach
The fairy-tales, fables and stories they'd find
Or perhaps, was it true? Had Jen lost her mind?
