hi I was af for over 3 months then smoked/drank again - I had given up on successful modding and thought af was the only way.
I truly no longer want to get drunk but I am fancying the odd drink over Christmas season - but no more than 3 in an evening and no more than twice a week.
I used to binge drink 15 units a night at weekends - don't want to go back there.
I am going to be brutally honest with myself so if I do slipback into binging I will return to AF life.
I am quitting smoking, trying to increase exercise and lose weight - something had to give!
