See the little paper clip at the top, right by the smile face........click on it.
Browse your computer for your photo, upload it, close the window and then click on the paper clip again. You will see the file you've uploaded. Click on it then you will see it like this [attach] 38 [ attach] The number in the middle will be different but that's what you will see to tell you that your picture has been attached. Click submit or preview and your picture will appear.
