    OK guys - I posted this in general discussion with no replies so maybe one of our "muffin community" can answer this for me -


    I have a question about the Amino Complete from the MYO Store...The recommendation is for 3400 mg for the after lunch dose - the bottle says 4 capsules is the recommended dose per day - Does that mean I need to take 4 capsules to get the recommended dose? RJ - anyone else know?

        Trish, I take four too but break up two at lunch and two at dinner. I just hate taking too many pills at once.
