Hello guys
Hi,
my first time in the moderation section, which agrees with me much more than abstinence. Any precious piece of advice from somebody who has made significant steps forward?? I managed to stop at the second glass of wine for two days, and yesterday I was already back at my 1.5 L....oh my...I haven't even obtained any results yet that I am already worried about how I will be able to keep it up, if ever I get ANY result at all...Hopeless...Thanks for listening...: )Tags: None

Hello guys
H&S
By posting you are admitting a problem and that is always a good start! Most people who aim to moderate, look to abstain for at least a month. My doc wanted me to do 2 months so I downloaded the MYO book, got the CD's, supplements and my doc on board for the Topa. (I'm realizing how lucky I was with my doc) It wasn't easy, but there is a lot of support here and that makes a big difference. That was how I started out 9 weeks ago. I now have 2 bottles of wine in the house one opened (I had 2 glasses last night) and one not and I'm indifferent to them being there...!
Trust me, you can do this 10 weeks ago I was in a similar place to you!!
Hope that helps

Hello guys
I also will be attempting moderation. My first step was to get some af time together. Only 2 weeks so far, but that is a good feeling in itself. I plan to stay af through the week, and try to moderate on the weekends. I know the plan will need to be refined, but that is my start.
Good luck on reaching your goals.
