Popping in to say hi. Got family coming over for an early dinner so am sort of scrambling. Lots of stuff going on around here the last couple of days. I hope everyone having a tough time gets through it all okay. Be well my friends!!!!

Yes, it's exciting isn't it! I love Christmas! I still have to go back to the mall, grocery shop and wrap but, I'm not stressed about it and have enough time.

We have our Christmas party@ the Cafe tonight for all of us "P Ho's"... The Port Hole Cafe family Ha! We will be open till 7: though, so I'm taking something to change into for after work.

Gonna knock em dead with one of my vintage thrift store scores... it's a backless, blue sequined dress I picked this summer! Don't know when I'll ever get the chance to wear it! So tonight's the night! Just a slight change from what everyone is used to seeing me in... jeans, t-shirt & apron!:H Should be fun.

Gotta go get a few last minute things together...

That last storm we had blew down a section of fence out in back of our house, so we've fixed it temporarily with a section of wire fencing. I just looked out back, we can now see out into the back field, there's 13 deer just beyond our yard, in the field! I think that's a record for viewing from the kitchen!:alf: :danthin:

Becca - Allie -- I am thinking of both of you and praying that you get through the holidays ok. You are two terrific ladies that don't deserve the garbage that has penetrated your lives. I do hope this season can bring you some peace and you feel the love that is here for you.

The first wave arrived at 130 and just left. Wow - am I tired! But it was fun. Looking forward to next few days. To all - Have a very Merry and peaceful Christmas everyone.

Hi guys...
As you can see, I've been a little busy the past few days.... good googly gooks! Thanks for all the loving posts from you guys and PMs. I cannot remember when I have been through so much raw emotions this past year except when my Mom was diagnosed with cancer. I'm pretty much drained right now, but clinging tight to family right now. Just wanted to pop in and say I'm okay and hanging in there.

I showed my husband the threads that Becca and Scott started. He asked if he could post a response to Scott having spent so many hours with him on the phone the last two days. I was kinda nervous to let him post here, but did you see what he wrote? My heart was warmed.

Love you all. Wish I could hug you guys. Unless of course your a predator....:H 'm
