winter driving is the pits. We, here in Ontario, are used to it for the most part. Yet, I have to adjust my heavy foot every year anew, when the first snow fall appeared. You Oregonians probably don't even have winter tires on you cars. Take it easy and don't ever be in a hurry or you'll end up in the ditch, like me last year and I wan't going that fast. I just hit a spot of black ice and whooooooooiiiii, the car took on a life of its' own.
I was lucky. Some guy came along, who looked like the Unibomber and hooked me up and pulled me out. There wasn't even any damage on my car and he wouldn't take any money either.
