    I read Running with Scissors. Apparently, he's getting sued by that family that took him in. For some reason, I am reluctant to read more alcohol-related literature.

      I would imagine he's getting sued. He painted a pretty glim picture of them. I still can't get over the "poop" story and if it pointed up it was good luck. ugh And that they put it on the picnic table outside.

                SM Mary - I am sorry but it sounded pretty depressing to me also.

                Here is one that has nothing to do with alcohol and everything to do with our personalities, relating to life's events and our ways of relating to each other. It is called the Color Code by Taylor Hartmann. Pulled it back out yesterday when I was ready to scream at my husband for being who he is that is driving me crazy because of who I am! Make sense?

                      Mkr--I am going to google your book too...
                      and I am almost done with Smashed. It is wholly depressing. So depressing that parts of it make me never want to drink again. It is about her shattered girlhood/college life due to drinking. Ugh--I don't even know how anyone would read it after that sad review.
