I've been invited to the football later - starts at 4pm, and I have work at 7pm. So there's about a two hour window there in which I will attempt some moderate drinking. As I have very high blood pressure I won't be drinking lager but red wine which I've heard can help in moderation - i.e. no more than two or three glasses a day. So that's my aim.
I have four saving barriers 1. Work 2. Blood test tomorrow 3. Personal trainer tomorrow 4. Your support!
I've been known to miss work and screw up next day appointments in this situation before, but I am 85% confident of being back here and posting about my success at 7pm (uk time).
