      Moderation attempt today



      Well that was a hectic week! Lots of moderation as I can't really drink after a big dinner and couldn't act up in front of my parents - had to convince them we should leave the pub early!

      Now... same as last week, an attempt at football and moderation with work later, will try not to be late this time, though I was fairly successful last sunday. I have a blood test and ECG on monday as well as training so want to be in best shape, lots of motivation there!

              Hi Paula and Soph I'm a Spurs fan - we got a last minute draw yesterday so not too bad, especially away.

              Unfortunately I missed work Very bad Owl Hope it doesn't reflect in the blood test tomorrow, must have had about 9 pints.

                  Owly dear,

                  I have been on HBP meds for almost 2 1/2 years now. when I started rolling mods back to look like AF wit an occasional drink ight in there, I was able to cut my BP medicine in half. Tried to go off it completely but that wasn't quite what I needed. Just another reason to inspire you towards . . .how did you put it? . . .LOTS AND LOTS OF MODS!
