                      Good day today, parents arrived from France - went for chinese, half bottle of wine, glass in the pub then home

                      Have to go for an ECG soon to check for enlarged heart due to high BP - at 29yrs old! It's a drop-in centre so I can go anytime but I know will keep putting it off.... Then blood test for kidney/liver damage.

                      All took my mind of the massive whack my business took today... perspective eh.

                      Hope you are all doing well :h
