LOL Mary!
Morning to all.... its even stinking cold here in Florida!! Yesterday was 75 and sunny, but woke up this morning and it is overcast and gray... at least 20 degrees cooler. Okay, so maybe that is not COLD as in "cold cold", but its cold for me!

Still loving the effects of the Lexapro. Sorry to go on about it, but last night I had a glass of wine at 5:30 and didnt finish it until almost 8 p.m. It was like I wanted a little buzz, but just couldnt drink it fast at all. Amazing. I was ready to go to sleep by 8:30 to 9:00 p.m on Friday night... weird!!

Feeling great today!

There is a really gross sex ad on general discussion. It sort of makes my skin crawl. So, of course, I posted about how gross it was, and now my name is right next to the thread because I was the last one who posted. That was kind of dumb of me.

Good to see folks on chat last night. It looks like 6 pm is a good time to meet and greet. The word outside my window looks so lovely today, with bright blue skies, even though there was frost. My gas logs are ablaze, and the world looks nice.

I'm sure my day will get better though...

Had a very casual night at work last night. Don't know where everybody was on a Friday night, maybe saving up for superbowl...That was Ok, I wasn't really in the mood to run my ass off last night anyway!

I had this one table that the woman ordered a glass of chardonnay, so of course... I "carded her". It was her 70th Birthday!:H I swear she didn't look a day over 50! Must be livin right!

Geez! I just counted my tips.. for a slow night, I kicked some booty! Musta poured on the charm! Ya just never know sometimes...then those other times you can bend over backwards for folks & it doesn't matter...
Maybe my "stand -up" routine is improving...

Paula, Last year we got to go kayaking on the Crystal River(north of Tampa), with the Mannattees, while we were in Florida visiting the In- Laws. It was the Hi-light of the trip for me! It's near the Homossassa Springs, on the Gulf Coast. Also the Florida Aquarium in Tampa was very impressive!

Maybe it was the full moon last night... but for some reason, I was thirstier than usual ! Got home & drank a beer much faster than I normally do. Then started watching a movie, it was a good one so, I had another beer. Then another movie came on that looked good. I still felt wide awake, and totally sober, so I had more beer. Must have had at least 5! Weird. I don't hardly ever drink that much, especially after a night of work, since I don't get home till 10:30 or so. Guess I shouldv'e popped an L-glut & went to bed.... but at least I feel good this morning, and it was light beer...

Was just baking in the kitchen and thought I should say a quick hello to all of you. It is freezing cold here too, but the sun is shining and there are a million diamonds on the snow.
I had a lot of trouble staying on the boards yesterday. It kept kicking me out over and over. Anybody else had any trouble?

Yes, it is cold here. 64 degrees in my office - OK, I am all for saving energy but this is a bit over the top! Hard to type in mittens!

Since I was kind of out of this week, I am back in here today trying to catch up some. Last Monday evening, I cancelled Superbowl at our house, probably one of my brighter moments.

Waves, how's everybody feeling today? Daughter back to normal and partner looking better?
