Man I don't like heat - I found it too hot hear in London yesterday and it can't have been more than 12c.

My coach has set me a goal of one 'bad' day a week, I had two this week, yesterday and friday. Don't feel toooo bad about it, especially as I had a great time and met a lovely girl - shame she lives in Istanbul and has to go back to Turkey today

Good morning everybody!

Please accept my undying gratitude for the other day. You were all so wonderful! You really helped me through the day. While I couldn't respond because I was frantically getting ready for the radio show, the comments throughout the day really got me through. I wound up having one glass of wine at lunch. The show turned out to be better than expected because I was asked to comment on the whaling issues in Antartica (one of my favorate topics), so it turned out. And I felt a lot better afterwards. My hubbie and I had made up almost immediately after fighting, but I always feel aweful because of the way I act. But he made me feel really wonderful and so by Erev Shabbot, things were looking pretty good.

A special thanks to all of you who sent messages, both on the Board and privately: Nancy, Allie, Rachelle, Mary, Mike, Pixie, Judie, Dilayne, Preciouspinot, Beth, Betty, Soccermom, Luch, Sophia, Chrysalis. I hope I did not miss anyone because I have to tell you, all of you saved my life, my sanity, and my goals on Friday. Thank you for all of the help.

I hope all of you have a wonderful rest of the weekend. My son is interviewing at Princeton today, and I'm still trying to clean up the mess we made the other day when frantically looking for paperwork. And unfortunately, I have to work this afternoon.

Imagine, thank you for your kind words. We're excited for our son, but getting into these schools are tough. I also noticed your Colts icons -- terrific!!! I am originally from Baltimore and I remember when the team was there. They were wonderful -- love the colors. We were really upset when they left. I don't ever remember them going to the Super Bowl when they were here, though. I wish them well tonight!!

Owly, sorry about the girl, but it sounds like you are doing a lot better.

Yeah, I got a laugh out of the "hot" too. It snowed here Friday night. Clear now, but COLD!!!!

Cashy, I think it's hard to keep that feeling of success after the initial buzz. Cos we are so surprised at first that we are having success. Then we get used to it and look on slips as failure! Imagine gave good advice. A weekly target is helpful to me. But it has to be achievable. :l

Just checking in to say Hi to everyone here. My emotions seem to be all over the map these past couple of days, but am going on Day 11 of Abs.

Nice to see some of you in chat last night. Fan, PLEASE don't take offense at the "your mom" comments. I was just being rude, and actually wasn't even thinking of a real person. Your mom sounds incredible. My mom's pretty young also, only 20 years older than I am, so know what it's like to have a "young" mom. Sounds like your Mom is a "Queen" though, while I do have issues with mine.
