Hi all,

I have just counted all the AF days recorded on the tracker. Between everyone who records there we have totted up 465 AF days since the beginning of February.

I love my time on here!:ey: :huh: :clapclap:

Anyone loony enough to count the mods?

Have I finally completely cracked? Think I'd better walk the dog and regain some normality in my life.:H

Hey, Everyone! I haven't been around since the beginning of November. Just haven't had time. Holidays, mother's illness, work has been hell (60 hour work weeks), a new grandbaby. I did okay with moderating over the holidays but started to creep up with my husband home (he teaches at a college in Michigan, I live in Indiana) so I started 30 days of abs on 2/1/07. And today is day 17. Something I never could have done a year ago. Personally, I know the Topamax is really making a huge differance. I have been on line to check in and just haven't had time to post anything. Fan- I think you are great, you could say I am a big fan. I hope you are getting as much as you give to this community. You guys are all really helping alot of people. Keep up the great work.

I have to go exercise. I thought I would lose a ton of weight when I quit drinking and it just isn't happening. I don't have any wonderful advise to offer anyone who is lurking out there (I am a big lurker), except to accept change, ride the waves of life's ups and downs and when it gets tough cry it is a great release. I am going to be 48 next week and I still have this Pollyanna outlook. And, that is about all I have. Have a great day everyone.

Looking like a beautiful day here... finally got some sun!! I have to make a pie to take to the annual Fireman's fish fry (Hubby's a volunteer fireman), so I want to get that outa the way so I can go play on the beach! Well, at least till I have to work @ 5.

Hawk, sorry you're having a struggle right now... I had a bad one last week, but bouncing back now. Hang in there...we're here ... let us know if we can help.:l

Beaches, have a great time!! I'll be thinking of ya while I'm running laps between tables .... It was crazy, busy last night. Worth it though.

Lynn, congrats on 17 days!:goodjob: Great to see ya back.

I think I almost over did it on the stairmaster yesterday... feeling kinda stiff. Feels good tho.

Hawk, I am sorry you are having a tough time. It seems to be going around. I wish I had something brilliant to say to cheer you up, but just know we are all here and we all understand.

Waves, you okay? Do I need to come over and get you out of the house so you will stop counting little yellow boxes all day long?

Beaches, have a great time. Hope the door does not come flying off. Would make for a chilly ride.

Waves - LOL, Too cool though as those numbers are inspirational in themselves eh?!! My son's former dive coach and dive coach mentor said to me at 9:30 last night, how sad is your life that you are here on a Friday night, you put your time in the box for years here with him?!! I just cracked up, how would I not be there to help cheer his "babies" and him on!!

Beaches - have an excellent vacation!!

SM Mary - Glad it's a three day for you. Feeling lucky eh? The family ones are pretty funny though!

Hawk - I am so very sorry you are feeling this way. Otherwise is your health OK? could be this nasty weather no blue sky thing? Want to tell us more? We are here to support you and listen, we care so much about you and how you are doing.

Lynn - welcome back! Good to hear all those AF days!

Judie - have fun at the fish fry - I miss those they are soooooooo much fun!! Glad to hear all things are better this week!

Beth - hope all is going OK for you soon.

Mike - glad to see you here and sounding a little better today. How did court go yesterday? Do you like that part of being an attorney? I hope if you get to see the kids this weekend you see just how much you mean to them.

Lush - glad you are back on track and feeling better yourself!

Paula - have the most wonderfully warm and great vacation!!

It was so touching to see all the guys with shaved heads. The sick little diver didn't make it but they were doing team pictures so she could have one. My son's kids, first year diving all three of them, one girl placed 6th, one 10th and the boy placed 14th. As a mom, I get such a kick out of watching him with the kids, since he runs the summer dive program at this particular academy where the state meet was held, most every kid from ABQ schools have had him and they all hang around him and really love him.

OK so here is what I hope is an inspirational testimony to being AF often and religiously moderating . . . I have known the dive coach for 11 years now, she kept looking at me last night and saying, you look so gooood! She probably stopped her conversation three times to tell me that.
