I've lost 3 pounds this week after finally accpeting that i need to write down my calories/cutting out unhealthy snacks - not rocket science but it's been actually making the change which has been tricky.
so feeling motivated, a bit thinner,generally more up. I'm always in 2 minds about if i can moderate - have done 30 days af previous and loved it,also since i've been drinking again I've pretty much smoked on all those occasions (another reason why I stopped drinking in the first place).
anyway to a successful,calorie counted booze free day - generally am fine not to drink in the week it's the weekends that are tricky for me.
