Okay - here is my Christmas cake which i have finally finished ! It took 7 weeks from start to finish !!!!!! ROTFLMBO !!!!!!

OKAY !!! One arm or not - I thought techie had given your arm back to you...... I am back, baking cookies again - well, need to get them in the oven anyway. Then they have to cool, THEN have to dip them in dark chocolate.......SIGH..... these cappuchino cookies take so long to cool. Oh - have been on the phone for ages and am not sure i will get them in the oven tonight. Shame on me.

Yummy! I have to try that zucchini recipe- I would guess you bake it at 350 for about 45 min's?

It is a layer of sliced zucchini, sliced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, sliced onions, sliced spuds drizzled with olive oil, more slices of whatever I have left over then more tomatoes and covered with grated cheddar cheese !!!!! Baked for however long it takes...... LOL
the cappucinno cookies are choc/coffee cookies that have to be rolled into a log then sliced, and after baking, they are dipped in dark chocolate.
And EVERYONE is welcome but hubs and daughter like the capp cookies so they go FAST !!

It IS a happy tuesday ....... My Day off. I have been SO productive - running errands, baking cappucinno cookies and then a layered zucchini thing which I had to go and dig spuds out of the garden for....... now I am going to start ironing - no rest for the wicked - which obviously I am !!!!! LOL
